Below you will find descriptions of the plans I am currently offering - and options to purchase a plan today!

  One-Month Training Plan:
 This plan is tailored to beginners needing a straight forward plan to help kickstart your weightloss  –whether it be for an upcoming vacation  or general health.

  • Personalized 4 week training/nutrition plan.
  • Check-in weekly.
  • New plan every 4 week cycle to continue progress and reduce risk of “plateau-ing”.
  • Contact me anytime via email with questions/concerns – will return all emails within 24 hours (usually much sooner though!).
  • $ 120 for 4 weeks ($30.00/week).

**NEW** Monthly Meal Plan OR Workout ONLY:
Are you familiar with the gym and already in a workout routine that you enjoy, but need a little help with your diet? Or is your diet on point, but you need some guidance with your workouts? This plan is perfect for you!  For a one-time fee you get either a 4 week diet or 4 week workout routine to implement with your current diet/workout routine.

  • Personalized 4 week training OR nutrition plan.
  • Check-in weekly.
  • New plan monthly to reduce risk of plateau-ing.
  • Contact me anytime via email with questions/concerns – will return all emails within 24 hours (usually much sooner though!).
  • $ 60 for 4 weeks ($15.0/week).

Weekly Training Plan (6 week minimum):
This plan and for those ready to really commit to the journey to health – whether you are getting in shape for a specific event or are simply tired of the person you see staring back at you in the mirror.

  • Personalized weekly training/nutrition plan.
  • Check-in weekly.
  • New plan weekly/as needed to ensure optimal results & satisfaction.
  • Unlimited email/phone correspondence – top priority client (this means I will get back to you ASAP).
  • $240 for 6 week minimum ($40 a week).

Contest Prep (12 week minimum):
This plan is for the serious competitor, whether you are getting on stage for the first time or if you are a seasoned competitor looking for a little extra guidance in your prep.

  • Personalized training/meal plan – will make changes as often as needed for best results.
  • Check in weekly.
  • Skype every other week to go over posing/routine/any questions or concerns.
  • Unlimited email/phone correspondence – highest priority client.
  • Customized “peak week” plan including dry out.
  • Help with all show-related concerns: picking a posing suit, hair/make-up, show-day tips, etc..
  • For local/semi-local shows: we can discuss the possibility of me being at the show to assist with anything you need (this will be at an extra cost for travel).
  • $600 for 12 week minimum ($50 a week). **Pay monthly**

**NEW** 4 Week Flexible Diet Plan:
For those that crave flexibility, I am now offering a macro-based meal plan.  I will provide ONLY your daily macro breakdowns, you are free to eat any and everything you want as long as they fit within your daily macro guidelines.

  • New plan monthly to reduce risk of plateau-ing.
